Our manufacturing company specializes in development and manufacturing of pneumatic frame buildings. Pneumatic Frame Structures hold their shape due to pressure in cylinders that perform the function of a supporting frame. The arches of the structure are connected to each other by special connectors and covered with a cape. In-house production allows us to proceed with all process cycles, from cutting parts to finish, paint and complete with high-quality fittings. Based on your needs, structure can be used as offices, warehouses, production facilities, storage repair facilities, sports facilities, mobile military hospitals, aircraft service area, garage, greenhouses, livestock farms and many other infrastructure facilities.

Land for Building

The construction is easy to build & maintain: it can be installed on any solid foundation or open ground.

A pre-existing foundation is not needed. Strip foundation, concrete slabs or plate 15-20cm are sufficient to achieve a flat surface.

Foundation dimensions = building’s external dimensions +20cm.

This pneumatic building can be assembled in areas where a conventional building technology cannot be realized (e.g. due to existing engineering networks)

Dome

The DOME complemented by an air pumping system and fan with a duplicate system and online control. Emergency system comes with electricity power generator (runs on gas) to sustain.

Life Support

We equip the building with technical systems that enable optimal working and climatic conditions for any type of operations. It can be used in extreme conditions such as desert or arctic (Temperature: -30˚C … +70˚C).

Heating, Ventilation, Water Supply and Sewage System can be implemented.

The dome comes with a heat recuperation system that filters the fresh air uptake and mixes it into the dome HVAC system.

When designing the dome, we take into account the size of the building and the number of people inside.

You can monitor and control the temperature in the building using your smartphone.

We equip the building with an advanced IoT systems (video surveillance, security system and BMS).

  • What are your structures made of?

    We’re making shelter from high quality PVC fabric. PVC fabric is a substrate of specially woven filaments coated with a thermoplastic vinyl chloride polymer. It has chemical resistance to alkalis, mineral oils, many acids and solvents. Due to its exceptional characteristics, PVC fabric is widely used in construction and other fields.

  • How long has PVC material served?

    We use the most optimal materials in terms of price/quality ratio. Their service life is on average at least 15-20 years.

  • Is it fireproof?

    PVC tissue burns very poorly, it does not support burning outdoors. We use materials of group of combustibility G4, but if it is necessary, we offer materials of group of combustibility G1.

  • Do you need a foundation for such structure?

    For pneumatic frame structures, a base is needed in the role of an “anchor,” these structures must be fixed to the ground pointwise. Most often, either finished sites or the outline of the base is laid out with concrete slabs, and then the structure is fixed with anchors. Screw piles can be used. Air support structures need good fixation along the entire perimeter, they need either a tape foundation or a contour of metal profile, which can be fixed on screw piles.

  • Can these structures be moved if necessary?

    This is one of the main advantages of this structure. It will take only a few days to dismantle, transport and install a pneumatic or air support structure.

  • Can your building be located outside the city, where electricity not available?

    The structures can be located outside the city where electricity is not available with the help of an electric generator. Such solution is most often required. These facilities are perfect for arranging premises anywhere quickly and easily.

  • If such structure is blown down?

    The structures hold their shape due to pressure pump, which necessarily have a capacity margin in case of damage to the PVC membrane. Even if the structure is pierced, then it will maintain its shape. In case of serious damage, structure will simply sink to the ground within a few hours.

  • How to repair this structure in case of damage?

    This is also one of the significant advantages! Repair of such a structure can be carried out directly on the spot and it will not take much time.

The upper part of the structure is a multi-layer PVC fabric with high density containing UV stabilizers. The fabric is class G1 and does not facilitate flammability

Feasible to install panoramic windows equipped with blinds.
